Flott og koselig lite hotell, god valuta for pengene! Beliggenheten var dog ikke helt optimal, ble en halvtimes t-banetur for å komme inn til sentrum, men det var jeg klar over. I seg selv syntes jeg hotellet og oppholdet var helt topp.

Greit hotell, men kjedelig og usentralt
Hotellet er helt greit. God frokost, og hotellbar som er åpen hele dagen. Rommet og badet er som er kan forvente til denne prisen. Den store ulempen er beliggenheten. I området rundt hotellet er det veldog stille, og lite skjer. Man må ta buss eller T-bane et godt stykke for å komme til noe spennende. I tillegg ligger hotellet et stykke fra Stonebrigde Park stasjon, så en må helst ta buss til T-banen. Dersom du kun er i London for å slappe av er sikkert dette greit, men dersom du vil være litt "ute på livet" bør du nok vurdere et mer sentralt hotell, eller noe i de trygge delene av East End.

Koselig hotell, tett på Wembley om man ikke er kravstor. Trivelig personale. Ingen stor frokost, men kun akkurat det man trenger, men syns det var fint vi. Om vi skal på Wembley igjen, booker vi oss inn på nytt..

Dårligste hotellopphold i mitt liv!!
Det var kort sagt for jævlig! Det begynte allerede fra resepsjonen. Dama der var for sur og ikke snakket god englesk. Så var det korridorene. Det var bygge annlegg stæsjet overalt. Og de bygget rommet rett foran det vi fikk. Hele korridoren luktet ekkelt! Og rommet også. Teppet på gulvet var ikke rent og hadde flekker overlat. Vi overnattet der bare den ene natten og så overnattet vi hos noen venner resten av turen! Anbefaler aldri noen der! PS. De har upraktisk avbestillingsvilkår!

In terms of the staff, they were okay, the receptionist mostly. The barman during the day was very limited in communication and spent the time for the hour we were in there constantly playing with the different TV channels on the different TVs in the bar. He also was in and out on his phone. It was a quiet period, granted, but we felt like an inconvenience, this from my perception. Just the odd positive gesture. I get the cost was not majorly expensive, but I would expect a 3 star hotel to be better well-look after and maintained, especially the rooms, and the so-called 'en-suite' I feel the promotional pictures absolutely falsely advertise the quality of the property, inside and out. The accommodation was awful, with the decoration uncared for. Again, for a 3 star hotel it was like going back to the 70's with extremely poor cleanliness. The 'ensuite' shower nozzle would not stay upright when showering, so had to get it maintained, which happened instantly which was good! However, do the cleaners and maintenance on duty not check off rooms when vacated to report problems and correct them, preventing any further concerns? The bed was like sleeping on a table, we all have different preferences, I get that, but this was in another category of uncomfortable. Electrical sockets - well, some worked and another I could not even plug into. The shower and sink tap temperature were awful, only offering a tepid temp after running for so long. Late reception staff - moody!

Stayed for one night in order to watch England ladies football at Wembley Stadium. Trains were on strike so decided to drive up and stay over. It is very convenient for Wembley. No.18 bus straight there from across the road! The bar was still open when we got back which was great, a fine selection of beers and spirits. Free parking was a bonus and allowed us to pop back the next day to look around the Designer Outlet stores. Hotel is tired but breakfast wasn’t too bad. I think it’s time you provided sachets of coffee including decaf coffee and not have the jug of coffee which just gets a bitter taste the longer it’s left. (Decaf tea too if anyone wants that as well). I would suggest getting a room at a time renovated and you will have a real winner on your hands.

I was surprised there was no shower wash bits. As I came by train and travelled as light as possible. But luckily there is a Tesco express 2 minute walk for anything you forget. It’s convenient for Wembley as right opposite the hotel is a bus that takes you straight there and runs late for return. Nice bar in hotel very friendly staff

The hotel is a typical London budget hotel, reception looks fine, but rooms, although clean are very tired, the restaurant was closed, all outside areas closed. Not many options for food and drink without getting a cab. Could be an amazing property if the owners invested in the place.

This place really needs some renovation and needs to shut down until it does. Nothing is up to standard and I wonder how places like these are even allowed to be open. In the 2 rooms I've seen (I asked to change the first one because it was just gross) the carpet was damaged and smelly; there was mould and damp on the walls, the furniture was old, dirty and generally in a state that you don't really want to touch anything. Curtains and windows were dirty and the room was way too hot, despite turning the heating off and opening the window. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and the tv on top of the wardrobe was so tiny and in a state that I didn't even consider turning it on. The shared bathrooms showed signs of some sort of regular cleaning, but the standards are appalling. There was grim and limescales everywhere and no soap. Showers are small and don't work well (I tested 3 before choosing the "best"), and even there you might happen to touch things you don't want to. To be honest it's also the people being there that don't care much about the place (probably because of the way it looks), which makes it even less pleasant. The person running the place was kind and tried to help to a certain extent, but this didn't compensate for the horrible service you get overall. Luckily it was just for one night (I wouldn't have chosen it for longer, in the first place), but the price is way too much for what you get, including the location, which is not the best.

C’è poco da dire. Un film dell’ orrore, non è assolutamente un hotel adatto ad un viaggiatore europeo. Veramente tutto troppo vecchio e sporco. Ho avuto paura a dormire su quel letto. Mai vista una cosa simile. Staff gentile ma non basta. Sconsiglio vivamente non rovinatevi questo splendido soggiorno a Londra.

Cheap and cheerful.
Clean and warm, I slept well. The place could do with a lick of paint. Single rooms on the front of the hotel suffer from road noise but the rooms to the rear are quiet in my experience. Front counter staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Room felt dirty, bed was uncomfortable, shower had to be turned off by staff because it would ONLY turn on. The bathroom wasn't even in the room. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The first staff person was rude, the second was alright. I've been to many hotels around the world and this might be top 2 worst I've ever stayed in. We couldn't help but laugh at how bad it seemed

We had no hot water our first night, it wasn't ideally not being able to have a shower after travelling. Staff were helpful, good location, free parking was a big plus and the breakfast was very good.

4 night family stay
Staff friendly and helpful but we had bugs (flees we think) in our room so my family got bitten. Did get moved to another room for last night but no offer of compensation. Very dated and needs renovation. Disappointing the restaurant is permanently closed and can only get pizza Friday and Saturday night. For what we paid expected to be much nicer.
