Pros: the hotel staff was nice, answered quickly, location is nice - close to a subway, busstopp, shops and good restaurants. Cons: no elevator, can be noisy (older building), just one set of towels even if you stay a week, uncomfortable pillows (not able to switch them if you stay less then a week). Overall an okay experience, but a tad on the expensive side for what you get

Overall, the room was as we expected - small, but conveniently located. The only issue we ran into was that no toiletries are provided, not even hand soap for the bathroom. We mentioned this to management, and they told us that we had to buy our own, despite "soap," "shampoo," and "free toiletries" all being included in the listing. When we mentioned the info in the listing, they basically brushed us off, and it looks like the listing still is claiming they're provided. The only other issue was that the thermostat in the room didn't work, and the knob on the radiator was broken, but the room was a comfortable temperature fortunately.

We will take this feedback to make sure more stock is ordered for the next winter holiday season to prevent this from happening again. I recently stayed at the Baker Street property for three nights and four days, and I must say it was a disappointing experience overall. Upon arrival, we were given a basement apartment with no air conditioning or fan. This posed a significant security threat, as keeping the windows open for fresh air and circulation was not an option. As a result, the room became unbearably hot, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the customer service team was unhelpful when we voiced our concerns. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, they offered us a room at a different property located far away at an extra cost. This was completely unfair and inconvenient, as it would have meant sacrificing a good night's sleep for a room in a basement with no air circulation. The fact that they expected us to pay more for a better room is simply unacceptable. Another aspect of our stay that left a lot to be desired was the housekeeping service. We requested a replacement for the bathroom amenities, but the staff flat-out refused, leaving us with only one small soap to share between two people for the entirety of our four-day stay. This lack of attention to basic necessities is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the establishment. Considering the multitude of issues we encountered during our time, we believe a full refund of all three nights is a fair and necessary compensation.

Apartment was spotless and a decent size. The bathroom fan was very loud and didn't turn off at all, so i found it hard to get to sleep. No air conditioning and as it was at the very top of the building, up 6 flights of stairs!!!, it was absolutely boiling.

It is a very tiny apartment, I guess not more than 16 m2. Very small kitchenette so cooking or even use the cooker is a challenge. We were out al day so not a big issue but I would not go back and rather book a place with a little more room. Location however is perfect!

Sengens størrelse er meget misvisende! Der er tale om en seng, der er maks. 140 cm bred, så det skal man lige være indstillet på. Der blev brugt lidt meget parfume i diverse rengøringsmidler, men ellers levede stedet op til vores behov.

I rented the property for my father during his cancer treatment in a nearby hospital. I called the week before and was ensured that the apartment would be clean, accessible and secure. Upon check in there were a number of issues: 1) The apartment was in the basement. There was no banister on the staircase from the ground floor to the basement. This is unsafe and accessibility was poor 2) The inside door lock (as described in the check in video) did not work. The slider lock button was redundant. 3) There were damp patches on the ceiling throughout the apartment and the apartment was smelly due to damp 4) The air conditioning did not work. The control panel showed an error code 5) There was unrestricted access to the outside basement court yard from the street level 6) There were no locks on the windows in the apartment. The window handles are flimsy. The place is not secure Having raised these issues on day 1 via email (office was closed) the email agent repeatedly noted that there is no air conditioning (despite there being a unit and control panel) and asked for photos of the other issues. She was most unhelpful The following day, I called the office. The call handler was polite and arranged for a bicycle lock to be fitted at the street level to deter people from accessing the outside basement courtyard. He told me that the landlord would have to be consulted regarding the fitting of locks to the windows. The door lock remained unaddressed.

Frábær staðsetning, mjög snyrtilegt og hreint. Eina sem við vorum í vandræðum með var að koma t.d. hárþurrkunni/sléttujárni í samband og ná að horfa í spegil á sama tíma (framlengingasnúra hefði hjálpað), í það minnsta á þessari íbúð. Vantaði fleiri innstungur nær baðherberginu. Mundum velja aftur að gista þarna.;)

Property was lovely and clean. Followed the check-in instructions and called them for the details, which was easy. The location was super convenient for the Tube but it was quite noisy with cars/lorries passing all night which was loud and disruptive. The curtains also didn't shut fully and let in quite a lot of light. More towels and toilet paper would have been useful as were staying for 6 nights and we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people, and 1 bath and 1 hand towel each. A kitchen towel would also have been useful to dry up cups etc. The bed was extremely comfy and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed (except a towel!). The air con seemed to be broken and couldn't make it work but temperate was ambient enough. Shower was great too, and the smart TV was handy, although the wifi was quite slow and unreliable. A really lovely apartment though, and would definitely stay again!

Our flat was located in the basement, there was no ventilation in the room as we were unable to open the windows since it faced the smoke pipe and allowed spiders to crawl into the room. The duvet and bedsheets were not clean-there were hairs found and the duvet had yellow staining. The air-conditioning was not working.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Really well maintained, clean and very comfortable with everything you could need. Was given the wrong code for the key collection which could have been an issue, but I luckily ran into staff onsite (whilst on hold with Customer Services) who were amazing and sorted it out immediately. Highly recommended.

Overall I was very happy with the studio apartment - very clean, nice amenities and loved having my own washer/dryer, customer service very responsive when I couldn’t open the front door with the code, in my favorite area (Marylebone) and steps from Baker St tube, near lots of restaurants & shops. The small studio is fine for 1 person but would be a bit tight for 2. I’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect vacation
Very suitable place for staying in London. Almost center of the city, very close to all the significant places. It has kitchen (oven, microwave, stove..) plus washer. It was a bit small but very cozy. Recommenced it to everybody who visits London as tourist. Thanks Flying Butler Baker Street Apartments for out perfect vacation.

Very clean and safe. Good value.
I was impressed by how new and clean the building and room felt. It seemed like it was renovated yesterday! It was roomy with a washer and a communal dryer in the building. The neighborhood was very nice and I felt perfectly safe. Being about a block from a Tube station, you could get anywhere very quickly. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen would have been great for eating in, if we actually used it! As London apartments go, this was a good value for the the price. There wasn't a lot of touristy stuff to see in the immediate area, but being about a block from a Tube station, you could get anywhere very quickly. My apartment was on the 4th Floor with no elevator, so don't forget anything in your room! If you don't mind the exercise, it was a great deal. A/C is seasonal, but I think that is regulated by the city. With the windows open at night, a cool breeze kept the apartment comfortable, and the outside noise was minimal for central London.

Die Unterkunft ist neuwertig u ist super ausgestattet!Ein Adapter für deutsche bzw. viele europäische Geräte wäre noch super gewesen. In der Nähe von dem Apartment findet man alles...Restaurants,Post,Supermärkte!Man wohnt nur 3 Minuten von einer sehr großen Underground Station!Dort fahren alle drei Minuten Bahnen in diverse Richtungen! In dem Apartment roch es oft stark nach Kanalisation,das war sehr nicht so angenehm, aber als wir dieses angesprochen habe,wurde direkt reagiert.
