All maintenance issues reported to reception are promptly handed over to our maintenance department. We try our best to resolve all issues as they arise, however, as an electrical fault this may take more time. We have a team member working on reception 24 hours to address any concerns you might have regarding our rules being broken within your room. Hi Siddartha! While we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us - I would like to point out that we have 2 large common areas for all of our guests to use - a lounge with netflix, piano, various instruments, sofas and work stations and -additionally - kitchen facilities merged with a dinning hall and mini lounge area. All of which are available for our guests to make use of as they please..We do indeed clean all bathrooms daily - however if they get messy in between our scheduled cleaning times (as can be the case with our larger dormitories) you can always come find us at reception - I can assure you that each and every one of us are more than happy to clean up any mess you encounter! The same goes for any issues you encounter during your stay with us - we are here 24/7 for the purpose of finding solutions for any problems encountered and we ask that you take full advantage of this while you are staying with us!
