Lekkert hotell med flotte rom og koselig bar. Har også restaurant men denne har vi ikke prøvd. Bra service i resepsjonen og baren. Veldig sentral beliggenhet.

Fantastisk hotell
Veldig bra hotell med profesjonelt personale ved Picadilly. Gode shoppingmuligheter og mange restauranter i nærheten. Frokosten var i enkleste laget.

Fantastic Hotel
Probably one of the best boutique hotels one can find in London. Discreet, located next to Green Park and with all facilities available in Mayfair area.

Perfekt beliggenhet rett ved St. James og Jermyn street. Kort vei til stort sett det meste. Unngå rom ut mot hovedinngangen da det var støy om morgenen fra byggearbeider

Sentralt og rolig beliggenhet
Store rom, rent og fint. Feil type rom v ankomst som ikke kunne rettes opp i etterpå. Fikk da dobbelseng i stedet for to senger som bestilt. God hjelp i betjeningen på hotellet ift å finne og reservere god restaurant samt ordnet bil til flyplassen. Veldig god continental frokost, men de som valgte full engelsk frokost ble skuffet da det tok lang tid og var ikke komplett da den ble servert. Fulgte ikke med toast og da disse ble bestilt ble de ikke servert før alle var ferdige med å spise. Fortsatt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og beliggenheten. Egen passasje ut til green park med gode tur og jogge-muligheter. Ble litt sjokkert da vi ble forevist regning med en sum pr rom for service. Valgte å redusere noe da ikke servicen møtte forventningene på alle punktene.

The hotel is in a great location, is small and boutiquey (which is nice). The air conditioning units from a hotel close by ensured that we had an irritating deep rumble in our room for our two night which wasn't conducive with a good nights sleep. The room was nice enough, but the balcony we had with our Exec room was rather unlike the one on the website and the bathroom was a little smelly (hence the strong diffuser in there I suspect!)

We had 2 horrible nights of sleep as the AC wasn’t functioning properly or at all the second day and they had no one to fix it until the next day… unacceptable. They sent us a bottle of Prosecco to appease the situation but didn’t care to ask if we drink or not… also unacceptable. We left it there.

A small but very nice & cozy room with large bathroom with 2 sinks & bath tube. However the room is facing the street, even though it is on a dead end street, every morning, i hear truck noise which woke me up. Wish the furnitures were smaller for the scale of the room so there is a little more room to walk around. Amazing location.

Great location of a boutique, quiet and high class
Great quiet location in centre of london. High standards of furniture and tidy/cleaniness. Can’t fault the service. Only thing that means I wouldn’t give 5 star is the fire alarm went off at 7:30 as a false alarm on Sunday morning. No their fault, but a note to say sorry and maybe an offer of a complimentary coffee or something would have been nice.

Great service great location
Arrived on Christmas Eve and received warm welcome. We travelled with our daughter and she was delighted to find a stuffed Christmas stocking in the room filled with chocolates and cookies. Services are very good and so is breakfast. Location is great walking distance to shopping districts and theatres.

Christmas lights
Lovely quiet boutique hotel just around the corner from the Ritz in Mayfair. Came for the London Christmas lights and weren’t disappointed. The restaurant and bar are top notch. My husband said it was the best Vesper Martini he ever had. Staff were helpful and courteous. No internet TV, but otherwise well appointed room.
