the staff was very good,but the cleanines of the flat was unsatisfied ,the flat smelled of damp, and the was only 2 big towels.

Nos llevaron al alojamiento del edificio 27. Tenía calefacción y agua caliente además de cocina y baño privado. Hay autobús 24 horas que está bien comunicado, también opción de metro que es más caro. El punto negativo es el ruido, se oye el tren todo el día. Pero me pareció un sitio muy acogedor

Dimostrano foto false sul sito e ti trovi in strutture diverse .senza asciugamani senza carta igienica. Senza aria condizionata. Segnale wifi assente. Una truffa vera e propria. Fate attenzione e non cadete in questa trappola

Disappointing experience. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. The room was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves, it was a tiny studio flat with a bed so small we could barely sleep, I wouldn't suggest it for 2 people. The ceiling was so low that you couldn't stand up in certain parts of the "flat", for example it is impossible for a man to use the toilet standing. Overall very poor experience, and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it is cheaper than average but not worth the hassle. On a positive note the Italian Guy checking us in was amazing,very nice and kind and made the experience a little more pleasant.
