Not as expected
Tought we were getting a room with a view as described in our booking, we got a room in the basement! The beds was not as expected (we booked 2 singles and one double) . The "single" joined beds were uncomfortable, mold in the shower, hair in the beds and a noisy air condition. Surprised this has such good reveiws

Veldig sentralt
Dette er andre gang jeg bodde på dette hotellet. Fantastisk beliggenhet, nær Baker Street og undergrunn. Første gangen var det mye bråk, men denne andre gangen var det mye stillere. Det er veldig lytt, men ellers er hotellet i god stand og renslig.

Sentralt og med hyggelig betjening
Min niese og jeg bodde en uke på hotellet. Alt som var annonsert skulle være på rommet, var der. Fjernkontrollen til TV virket ikke og da fikk vi umiddelbart hjelp. Det hjalp ikke å bytte batterier, så vi fikk en ny i løpet av 5 minutter. Rommet var lite og lytt, men rent og ordentlig, og med gode senger. Fint beliggende med gangavstand til Mdm. Tussaud, Baker street- og Marylbourne staitions. Usedvanlig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Godt mulig jeg velger samme hotell på neste Londontur.

Veldig enkel standard på leilighet i underetasje. Sentral beliggenhet, flere severdigheter i gangavstand, nær undergrunn og buss til Victoria Stasjon. Anbefales om man vil legge pengene i andre ting enn hotell når man besøker London.

Ok leilighet
Helt grei leilighet, vi fikk rom i kjelleren hvor det var ekstremt fuktig til tider. Vi ble også vekket opp litt tidlig om morgenen da "housekeeping" gikk ut å inn av kjeller døra og smalt en del med dørene. Sengetøyet føltes litt skittent også, var litt flekker her og der (!) Men hotellet var som forventet til den prisen vi betalte, ligger 2 min gange fra Baker street station, butikker, matbutikker og turistbusser.

Bra beliggenhet.
Bra beliggenhet. Få minutters gange fra Baker street tube station. Rolig nabolag. Leiligheten var trang og sengen var veldig ukomfortabel. Ser veldig mye bedre ut på bildene, så vi ble skuffet når vi ankom. Men leiligheten var ren og det var rengjøring av rommene hver dag hvis man ønsker det.

det var et greit hotell og bo på i et par netter, men rommet var litt lite til to personer! Ellers var det rent, og det så relativt nyoppusset ut.

Nyopp-pusset og trivelig med bra beliggenhet
Selv om rommet (small studio) var (bitte)lite, var det nyopp-pusset, lyst og trivelig. Beliggenheten er kjempefin, med kort vei til både undergrunn og busser i alle retninger. Informasjonen hos Hotels.com om utlevering av nøkkel er litt forvirrende. Vi fant ut at resepsjonen på 146 Suites er åpen fra 10-18, og man kan sette igjen kofferter der hvis man kommer tidlig eller reiser sent på dagen.

Convenient location. Responsive, helpful staff. Wifi signal was poor in the basement - had to choose position carefully & not move. Otherwise great place for a 2-day stay.

Brilliant value, lovely place
We had an amazing stay. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was brilliant. The room was clean. The kitchenette was well stocked. The linen and towels were changed every day and teabags and coffee pods were restocked. This place is amazing value for money and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Stayed in a lower ground room, walls were thin so late night noise from other rooms disturbed my sleep. Kitchen tap leaked and no cloth and washing up liquid made it difficult to keep kitchenette clean/mop up excess water.

The receptionist Vlad was okay at the beggining and when more responsibility was given to him by the management his behaviour and standards went downhill very quickly. By then end has was being genuinely abusive and hurtful. In spite of my attempts to speak to him about what I was not happy with he was still very dismissive and cruel and after two weeks of my stay simply gave up on caring wether I had a good time during my stay. In all a good location with a terrible member of staff. You have been warned.

Great find - great value
I stayed here the day before lock down properly kicked in and think I was lucky it was open. The room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed inc coffee, milk, sink, cups etc. The shower was lovely and powerful. The bed was very comfortable if a little hard but that’s just personal preference. Location was excellent and it had air conditioning so had I been cold or hot I could have sorted it. There was a table and chairs too. For the price I paid it was excellent and I would definitely stay again if I needed to stay in London. I can’t fault it at all to be honest. The chap who greeted me in reception was very friendly too.

When we entered our room the door handle fell off immediately. That was an odd start. Room was very large. Basic bed and found stains on a couple of pillowcases and hairs on the floor. We were so jetlagged we just slept. Shower room tiny but ok for 1 night. Tea and coffee provided, a plus it was Nespresso. Quiet street close to train and few things.

Trés bon emplacement car a proximite des stations baker street et marilbone en plus le bus d’harry potter y passe et celui de la navette pour l’aéroport de Luton., chambre étroite mais complete et suffisante pour un week end à Londres
