«Flott opphold på et fint hotell. Noe utfordrende med parkering som løstes med valet parkering. Litt problemer med nett, men dette fikk vi raskt hjelp med fra resepsjon. Fikk også veldig gode anbefalinger på frokostmuligheter i nærheten av hotellet.»

«The staff was welcoming, personable, and warm. Did I enjoy my stay?! It wasn't bad but I wasnt comfortable. Something was wrong with the a/c... it wasn't cooling the room. It was a bit uncomfortable. I tried to adjust it and to no avail. The staff member did his best in trying to assist me and that was appreciated. It wasn't until in the morning when the air kicked in.»

I had a 3-night stay with my mum and sister around mid-May and had the 2-bed, 2-bath unit. The staff are great and really nice, always ready to help either with information or sorting things out with the stay (they will email with confirmations and other information; don't be like me and actually look at it beforehand). «Das Zimmer war sauber, doch es roch dafür stark nach Reinigungsmittel. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers (Zimmer mit 2 Queenbetten) war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unteranderem ging der Föhn nicht. Entgegen der Bestätigungsmail gab es keinen kostenlosen Kaffee bei der Rezeption. Dieser war nur käuflich zu erwerben. Der Außenereich war liebevoll gestaltet, doch die Hauptstraße direkt am Hotel und der nahen Highway dafür dermaßen laut, dass es nur schwer war, zur Ruhe zu kommen.»

«Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet midt i hjertet av midtown. Mange hyggelige kafeer og restauranter. Samtlige ansatte i resepsjonen var helt fantastisk og bidrar med kunnskap og god service. Jeg kommenterte dårlig renhold på rommet første dag og det tok seg ikke opp før etter 4 dager og mange purringer, vi måtte til og med be om å få håndklær og skifte på senga. «Veldig rent og pent hotell. Pent bassengområdet , fint gym og bra rom. Positivt at Metromover som er gratis schyttle buss hadde stasjon rett ved siden av hotellet. Litt kjip frokost og lite service minded personale ved frokosten. Siste dagen kom vi 5 min før stenging, og vi ble da nektet adgang. Veldig dyr parkering, Parkeringspersonalet prøvde også å lure oss til å betale mere enn det taksten var. (Taksten sto på en plakat)»

«Nice view! Friendly (if not all that helpful) staff. Housekeeping didn’t refill toilet paper or shampoo, had to call for it. They were quick when we called. Didn’t refill cotton swabs either. I think all housekeeping did was replace towels, took out the trash and made the bed. Didn’t replace the bed linens for the week we were there or clean anything off the floor (we had a spill and cleaned it with a cloth, but it was sticky the whole time).
