O hotel é muito grande. Bela decoração, tudo novo, boa localização. Staff atencioso. Excelente restaurante. A única ressalva é qto as instalações do banheiro, uma economia de engenharia e arquitetura, afinal porta de vidro para separar o mictório do quarto é muita falta de privacidade.

Negatives: - near a very busy roundabout, so when at the swimming pool on the ground floor, the noise is very dominant. - very expensive hotel parking in a nearby garage, 24€/day. - loud housekeeping, from early in the morning. Sleeping in is not really an option. - although announced, no action taken against the reservation of sunbeds. - often long lines at the buffet, because of wrong set up. Also cleaning of tables took too long. - too many large groups during our stay - expensive spa, no promotions for hotel guests. - lack of toiletries (conditioner, body lotion, shower cap, ...) - some issues with housekeeping entering our room unwanted and unannounced from time to time Positives: - location: in the city center overlooking the sport park, away from the busy and noisy 'strip', about 10 minutes from the beach. - adults only section on the rooftop. - food and presentation thereof, everyday good variety of fresh meat and fish. - TV with chromecast option - very good wi-fi - security guard at the door I believe this is one of the better hotel options in Lloret, but the 'superior' experience was definitely missing.

We understand that our housekeeping team may have been too loud in the mornings, and we will address this issue with them to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests. Het was een goed hotel, mooi gelegen, fantastisch zwembad op het dak, aardig personeel, maar de schoonmaak had wel iets beter gekund. Doordat de afvoer in douche verstopt was door viezigheid en haren op de eerste dag, liep het water bijna de kamer in. Dat werd wel dezelfde dag opgelost. Ook wel wat viezigheid op de vloer. Toen het drukker werd, was het ontbijt nogal chaotisch. Niet genoeg 2 of 4 persoons tafels gedekt en dan weggestuurd worden als je aan een lange ging zitten. Dat kan naar mijn idee echt niet! Als klap op de vuurpijl liep er een zilvervisje door de badkamer op de laatste dag. Vandaar dat ik zeg: schoonmaak en service kan beter

Hotel was well located, spotless clean and the staff nice. The reception staff were especially nice and helpful.The restaurant was clean but quite manic at times, the range of food was okay with show cooking stations but the food especially at breakfast was often only lukewarm. Great hotel, will stay again. Very modern and clean with a great rooftop pool and bar. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Champagne served with breakfast, what's not to like? My only two criticisms (they wouldn't stop me from booking again) are: *You can hear all the other rooms around you very clearly. The air vent in the room appears to be joined to other rooms so you can clearly hear everyone else on your floor, as if they are in the room. Not great at 3am when you're trying to sleep. *The toilet is seperate from the main bedroom by a piece of glass. Make sure you're very comfortable with your partners toilet habits as you're about to experience it all. Like I say, great hotel. Good location, good food, great facilities, very helpful staff. Oh, free champagne at breakfast too ;)

Lovely hotel, great room (with excellent lighting), beautiful roof top terrace and pool which is much quieter than the main pool area, excellent breakfast. Only slightly annoying thing is the pool areas are only opened at 10am, whereas I like to sit in the sun earlier before it gets too hot. Impressed that a small fault with the shower was fixed immediately. All round a great visit and I will happily return

Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind größtenteils sauber und bis auf ein paar Flecken auf den Handtüchern war nichts auffällig dreckig. Die Organisation von einem Bus Transfer zurück zum Flughafen gestaltet sich als sehr schwierig weil das Hotel hier nur ein Taxi oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel anbietet, hier am besten im voraus eigenständig einen Transfer zurück organisieren

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l’hôtel Azure. Excellent buffet matin, midi et soir. Bel établissement, décoration avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pris une chambre familiale sans faire attention que c’était une seule pièce sans aucune séparation et salle de bain en verre donc pas vraiment d’intimité.
