«Really beautiful property with a great cosy feel to it. The fireplace was great at keeping the house warm and toasty. Kitchen is well stocked and the sound of the stream near by was lovely! The road going up to the property is a bit challenging so something to be mindful of with your vehicle. Very remote but a small village is a 15 minute drive away. The listing says there is a hot tub but they are just regular bath tubs - still great and relaxing! Just no jet element to them.»

«Fabulous stay is this beautiful spacious house. Went with friends and family for my 60th birthday celebrations. Didn’t leave the house all weekend because it had everything we needed including a fab hot tub. The host is amazing and so his her lovely black lab Bear. Will definitely go back.»

«This is a really large and spacious property, which is done up to high standards. The walk to the beach and the costal path is short and nice. We had a fantastic stay, despite variable weather. We had some nice BBQs outside, the garden could be a little more atmospheric.»

«Beautiful! Great facilities, especially suited for families with older children. Open stairs not good for very young children I'd say. Centrally located and benefiting from being close by to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs etc but also a very quiet end of town next to the river. Lovely walk to the wildlife centre and Poppit Sands is a 10 minute drive. The best beach ever for soft buttery sand and no rocks or stones. We enjoyed a lovely swim here. The cottage was a lovely base for us benefitting ...

«Relaxing family stay with our two elderly chocolate Labradors. The accommodation is excellent. Lots of kitchen equipment. Plenty of hot water for the morning showers. Games and jigsaws supplied in the living room The alpaca was a welcome addition. All in all a relaxing stay. Would recommend.»

«I would like to say what a lovely couple Jane and Martin are however, we felt mislead by the photographs advertising this holiday. The photos bear no resemblance to the current state of the site which is totally overgrown, this has happened over a number of years and not just a summer growth spurt. We chose this site for our dogs, we were promised a private paddock that was fenced off, the paddock was so overgrown, we couldn't even walk in it and the grass was twice as tall as our dogs who ...
