The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is not far from anything happening in Fort Collins. Dawn was excellent to work with and was easy to contact for any needs we might have, we did not have any needs since the residence had all we needed. I highly recommend this property. «The rental was clean, well decorated and cozy! It was exactly as pictured and the property manager was very responsive. The main bedroom was perfect for a restful night of sleep. I visited in September when the weather fluctuates throughout the day and I was comfortable the entire time. The outdoor spaces were lovely, even though I didn’t have much time to spend out there. It's walking distance to several wonderful dining options as well as Trader Joe's if you want to just cook there. Very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely book again!!
