This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for three. There's also a private terrasse with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Carcavelos, a coastal gem just west of Lisbon, beckons with its charming blend of sun-soaked beaches and historical allure. Renowned for its expansive golden sands and inviting Atlantic waves, Carcavelos Beach is a favourite among locals and tourists for surfing and leisurely seaside strolls. Beyond the beach, the town boasts a rich cultural heritage, with landmarks like the Carcavelos Fort and the lush Jardim da Quinta da Alagoa offering glimpses into its storied past. The vibrant waterfront promenade has charming cafes and seafood restaurants, inviting visitors to savour delicious Portuguese cuisine while enjoying panoramic ocean views. Carcavelos strikes a perfect balance between coastal relaxation and cultural exploration, making it an enchanting destination for those seeking a quintessential Portuguese experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Carcavelos, is just a 14-minute walk away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
