The apartment comes with open living and dining areas as well as a fully fitted kitchen. The living space features a dining area big enough to sit 4 people, a convertible sofa bed and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a day in the city.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom comes with two single beds lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

Santa Maria Maior is one of the oldest districts in Lisbon and is characterized by its winding streets, colourful houses, and lovely plazas. Castelo de S. Jorge, Santa Justa Lift, Praça Luís de Camões, Lisbon Cathedral, Arco da Rua Augusta, National Pantheon, Mercado de Santa Clara, Botanical Garden of Lisbon, Martinho da Arcada are all popular tourist attractions in this district. Restaurants and bars like Hard Rock Cafe, Cervejaria Trindade, Sacramento do Chiado, The Decadente, Martinho da Arcada, Clube de Fado, Gambrinus, Brown's Central Hotel can be found in Santa Maria Maior. The combination of the impossible charm of Alfama, the ruckus downtown in Baixa, and the history of Chiado e Carmo make Santa Maria Maior a must-see district in Lisbon.

The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
