⚠️CAUTION: apartment on the 6th floor, NO lift.

Within walking distance of everything Lisbon has to offer! If an outstanding flat in the historic centre is what you’re after, this one offers the best in location, value, and comfort!✨

1️⃣ APARTMENT:
There is 1 bathroom with shower, including high-design bath fixtures. The kitchen is fully equipped and features high-end details✨
The bed size is 140*200cm. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, and relaxing chairs for a sunbath.

2️⃣ EXPERIENCES:
Within walking distance, Lisbon's best experiences:
- ✈️Transportation: sightseeing bus stop (hop on/hop off), metro stations Baixa-Chiado and Rossio are down the block as are many key-route bus and tram stops, and the train station.
- ⛲Culture: all main sights, attractions, tours, Fado music, museums, and more within 15 minutes walking range;
- ☕Food: an infinite choice of restaurants with great Portuguese food, ranging from popular to 2 Stars Michelin or the TimeOut Market, many delicious pastries shops, ice cream parlours, cafés, wine-tasting shops, etc. within 15 minutes walking range;
- ✌Fun: Lisbon’s renowned nightlife with its maze of bars and clubs at just 10 minutes walking distance at Bairro Alto, and Cais do Sodré with its famous pink street;

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed our stay! It was in the perfect location, close to everything downtown. The room had everything you needed and felt very cozy! We loved having the balcony to sit on in the evenings. If you’re okay climbing up the stairs then I would definitely recommend!

5 day stay in Lisbon

This apartment was beautiful and located in such a fantastic part of Lisbon. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone, and the views from the terrace are absolutely amazing. The only thing that’s important to note is that it’s on the 6th floor with no elevator. For me personally it didn’t detract from the property, but definitely did make getting luggage up on the first day a bit more difficult! Overall, however, 5/5 stars all the way.

Cute Apartment!

This apartment was perfect for us, a couple. It was a good size, bed was comfortable and the terrace was awesome to have! It was lovely to sit out there in the evenings and you could see the famous elevator. You get a code for the 2 doors and it's easy in and out, don't have to worry about keys. The only thing you might want to be aware of is the stairs lol it's 6 floors up. If you have mobility or trouble doing stairs do not stay here. We're pretty young and by the time we got to the top we were a bit winded haha so be prepared, but it's manageable! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Great location also!

Great location!

My husband and I spent 4 evenings at Olivier's apartment. It was our first time in Lisbon, and we really enjoyed being in the center of it all! As all the reviewers have noted, there are a lot of steps to climb since the apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. My husband and I are both very active people, so we were ok managing the steps. The only hard part was bringing our luggage up and down the stairs. All in all, this is a great apartment to rent if you want to experience Lisbon like a local. Olivier is very attentive, and that makes such a big difference when not staying in a hotel. One other thing to note...since the ceilings in this top floor apartment slope, certain areas are trickier to access without stooping, such as the washing machine. If it weren't for that and all the stairs, I would have given the place 5 stars. It is charming, comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Charming Top Floor

A very cool loft-like open space floor plan in the middle of it all! Great views of Lisbon's charming rooftops and a very comfortable space to relax from the days activities. The owner, Olivier, was both very welcoming and very helpful. Perfect for my stay in one of Europe's most compelling cities!

Charming Apartment in a Perfect Location

The apartment was amazing, full of charm and character, clean and had everything you would need. The location was right in the middle of everything, but at night you are high enough not to hear all the noise. Olivier was very easy to work with and even check in to make sure everything was going okay. He provided recommendations for restaurants, which we just loved. Marta was the icing on the cake. From the moment we met her at the airport she was family to us. She even came by and took us for a tour of Sintra. Then, the morning of our departure, she was kind enough to be our taxi to the airport. She is full of knowledge of everything Lisbon. If we go back we will certainly stay at this apartment.

Great space & location!

The apartment looks exactly like pictured. It's in a VERY convenient location. Olivier and Marta were quick with their responses - I had one question a day during my stay. The carbon monoxide alarm started beeping because it needed a new battery. I reported it to Olivier and he changed it the very next day. I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment but will advise those who are out of shape that this is not the place for you as the walk up is serious. Also, if you're a person on the much heavier side, the shower may be too small for you as well. Overall, I found the place to be clean, comfortable, spacious, and in the perfect location. I would stay here again. Also note I was alone and I'm a small female but I felt very safe in the apartment building and in the neighborhood. Tip: do not buy anything from the pharmacy across the way - overpriced. I needed to buy more toothpaste and toilet paper (only 1 roll was provided) and I was advised by a local gift shop owner to walk over to the grocery story, Pingo Doce, for better prices.

Romantic indeed!

We loved our stay in this charming attic studio! It is well-equipped (great to have a clothes washer), quiet, and in a perfect location. Very private, yet you emerge into one of the most happening areas of the city. Olivier provided great info for our trip and was terrific to work with. Do arrange to have Marta pick you up from the airport -- her welcome provided the warmest of introductions to Lisbon. Will definitely recommend Olivier's properties to others.

Perfect cosy city apartment

We just loved our stay in Olivier's cosy, comfortable city apartment - a perfect little get away right in the center of Lisboa. Since the apartment is located at the roof top of the building it is also very quiet. It is well equipped with everything one could ask for and we would love to stay here again next time :) Olivier provided tons of useful information prior our arrival and even organized a pick up service from the airport to the apartment - two thumbs up! :)

Perfect location ...highly recommend!

This property is perfectly situated within walking distance of the metro, many sights, restaurants, etc while still being incredibly quiet. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Olivier provided many great recommendations and all the info you will need. We recommend a convenient ride from the airport with Marta if possible as it was a great introduction to the city. It is on the 6th floor so this would not be a good fit for anyone who has difficulty who stairs or isn't reasonably fit but we enjoyed the challenge and imagined that this work out helped balance out all the amazing food we ate in Lisbon!

Charming apartment, great location

The apartment was was clean, well-appointment and comfortable. It's cosy and like a very charming attic. The location is superb and makes the 6 flights of stairs worth it. Check in was easy and the host, Olivier, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. There was a noise/vibration from the air-conditioner which made sleep challenging. However, Olivier said he would address and I trust he will correct the issue.

Great location and GREAT hosts

Olivier and Marta were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful, easy to contact and so enthusiastic about all aspects of our trip. From the time we booked until we left they were available for all of our needs. The flat was stocked with maps, coffee and all the amenities promised. The location could not have been more central. The flat was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved it!!

Nice place, excellent location

"Room near the roof". Clean place where everythin, f.ex. kitchen tools, you need for living. Well working, fast WIFI. Superb location in the middle of everything. Walking distance to town, metro, train, tram... Equipped with air to air heatin-/coolinpump and heating radiator. You really need something when night temperature is 5-7 degrees. And summer time near the roof is defanetly warm. Quite nice "portuquese" restaurants along homestreet. Exellent service by the owner, thank you Olivier. Notice: you should have good feet, near the roof means sixth-floor, no lift.

un buon punto d'appoggio

Ho soggiornato in questo mini appartamento a fine febbraio ma non ho avuto disagio riguardo al freddo perché, pur non essendoci un impianto di riscaldamento, la casa era provvista di termosifone e stufetta elettrici. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, così come Marta che mi ha accolta al mio arrivo consegnandomi le chiavi e mostrandomi l'appartamento. L'unico disagio, come ho letto anche in altre recensioni, è l'odore che arriva dagli scarichi del bagno. Veramente fastidioso. L'ho fatto presente al proprietario il quale si è mostrato sorpreso e dispiaciuto. Sicuramente era al corrente della cosa visto i precedenti, ma se non ha ancora risolto i casi sono due: o il problema non ha soluzione, oppure il nostro Olivier non gli da la giusta importanza. Peccato perché era un buon punto di appoggio. Doris

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lisbon

Cet appartement est situé idéalement dans le Baixa pour profiter pleinement des sites à visiter: Alafama, Belem, Chiado, .... Les transports sont situés à proximité: tram 28 et 15, métro, gare train et gare ferroviaire pour se rendre sur le site Chris Rei. A quelques minutes à pieds, on peut profiter d une balade le soir le long du Tage.
