The inviting living room features a cosy double sofa bed, a wide-screen MiniLED TV for relaxing with your favourite shows, and a dining area - designed for intimate meals or casual gatherings - from where you can enjoy the view of the ocean.

Step outside onto the serene terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, providing an idyllic setting for savouring your morning tea or coffee amidst a tranquil ambience.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with appliances such as a stove, oven, and microwave, along with all essential cookware and utensils. For added convenience, a dishwasher makes cleanup effortless, while a washer-dryer, drying rack, and ironing equipment cater to your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep, along with ample storage for your belongings.

The bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with all necessary amenities, including clean towels, a towel dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay.

Free street parking is available, providing an extra layer of convenience for guests travelling with their own vehicles and enabling easy exploration of the city and its charming surroundings.

Situated close to the Atlantic Ocean, the property benefits from easy access to stunning beaches like Praia da Parede, just a 20-minute walk away. This beach is not only a popular destination for sunbathing and seaside walks but is also renowned for its therapeutic clay and calm waters, making it a favourite among locals and visitors alike.

Parede’s town centre is conveniently nearby, providing a variety of amenities, including local shops, supermarkets, cafes, and essential services such as pharmacies and banks. The dining scene in the area is vibrant, with options ranging from charming bakeries and casual cafes to restaurants serving fresh seafood and traditional Portuguese dishes.

Parade is known for its safe and welcoming environment, with a close-knit community that fosters a sense of belonging. The location is also well-connected, with the Parade Train Station just a short distance away. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
