This 5-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located in the most central and historical neighborhood of Lisbon, the Baixa (downtown). Staying in this apartment is having a complete local and traditional experience. Here, you are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, the City Castle and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama.



The 120 square meters apartment features 5 bedrooms; it’s on the 2nd floor of a building with a small elevator. There is a living and dining room, 2 complete bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and plenty of sunlight.



The room setup is the following:

Room #1: 1 double top bed + 2 single pull-out beds (sleeps 2+2)

Room #2: 2 single top beds + 2 single pull-out beds (Sleeps 2+2)

Room #3: 1 double top bed (Sleeps 2)

Room #4: 2 single top beds + 2 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+2)

Room #5: 1 bunk bed + 1 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1)

Max Nº Beds: 15 Beds (bunk bed equals 2 beds)

Max Capacity: 17 people



Note(s): Room #3 is an interior bedroom without windows to the outside.



Bedroom Preparations:

- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected for the reservation

- Top beds are prepared first, followed by bunk bed and pull-out beds.

- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.



Important Information:

- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.

- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).

- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.

- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided)

- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some noise.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: starting at 16:00

Check-out: until 11:00

- This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in.

- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.

- It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)

- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.

- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.



Extra Guests:

It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (30€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
