«The tranquil location near Mansfield & Wellsboro worked perfectly for us. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Living & outdoor spaces worked really well for socializing & chilling. Definitely a hidden gem.»

«This was the perfect getaway for me. Barb and Barbs farm is beautiful! The apartment was cozy and clean. It was an added bonus getting the farm tour with the goats and an extra added bonus being greeted by kitty cats. I would definitely stay here again! »

«Yard & property not quite as nice as appeared in photos but however it was a really wet spring so tough to use the yard. The bathtub could use replacing it squeaks loudly while stepping & moving around will wake people up in the adjacent bedrooms. A fire pit in the yard would be nice but overall it is a nice clean house & would stay there again location was good for us.»

«We were disappointed to find the outside of the house a mess. The grass was a foot high. We couldn’t use the yard because there was a lot of rain the week before, and it was muddy. The patio had dead leaves all over it and needed clean. The tables were black and needed washed off, so what started to be a relaxing vacation ended up being a cleanup day just to enjoy the rest of our stay. «It was perfect for a very last-minute booking. The listing title “Upstate New York winery. Skiing. Casino. Fingerlake winery” is a bit misleading. Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend.The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing.
