«Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures do a great job depicting what is available but what you don't know is how quite and peaceful it is there. The neighbors are friendly ...

«Yard & property not quite as nice as appeared in photos but however it was a really wet spring so tough to use the yard. The bathtub could use replacing it squeaks loudly while stepping & moving around will wake people up in the adjacent bedrooms. A fire pit in the yard would be nice but overall it is a nice clean house & would stay there again location was good for us.»

«It was perfect for a very last-minute booking. The listing title “Upstate New York winery. Skiing. Casino. Fingerlake winery” is a bit misleading. Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend. The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing. Good-sized kitchen with brand new appliances (dishwasher was not yet hooked up). The cafe ...

«Shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was too short and water was splashing all over the floor. We laid towels down to remedy the situation. Both bathrooms needed the shower curtains replaced as they were very gross. Half of the jets in the hot tub did not work. There was no dishwasher but that was on me since I just assumed there would be one. Other than that the place smelled new when we walked in and the pavilion was AMAZING! Beds were comfortable. We loved the place and enjoyed ...
