«I drove 2 hours and paid a few hundred follars for a room for 2 with a view, balcony, jacuzzi tub and as soon as i walked in with my son to check in i was told kids cant stay in there rooms, they canceled my reservation on the spot and was told sorry expedia is supposed to advertise these rooms are adult only. That was not advertised anywhere. Everywhere i called to reserve a room that day as it was a saturday late afteernoon and a busy weekend at the coast all hotels were booked out. »

«When we checked in the pool and hot tub were closed. We were pretty upset, the manager upgraded us to a room with jetted tub. It was great. They did get the pool and hot tub opened the next day.»

«This is the worst experience in my life for a hotel or motel stay! I recently booked a non pet room from Ester Lee Oceanview Inn to see the beautiful sunset by the Pacific Ocean. «Overall a decent place to stay but I will look elsewhere if I return. The staff were kind and helpful, the general areas were relatively clean enough. In the hotel room the floors, sheets, and general surfaces were clean enough. The balcony and bathrooms were a disaster. The balcony looked like it hadn't seen by another person in 3 years. «Parking was good. Room clean, but small. No drawers for clothing, no closet, no chairs, just tiny stools, hard to keep towels dry as there were no towel racks. Refrigerator and microwave were convenient.OK for a day or two. When driving out from motel onto Highway 101, the South exit gives much better visibility of traffic during busy times.»
