«It was decent for a hostel, but the location makes it a bit inconvenient. The only way to get there from La Spezia is by bus, which runs about once an hour. The hostel sits at the top of a hill, so there isn’t much to do in the immediate area. The shared bathrooms on the second floor are in poor condition, there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, and there’s only one washing machine available (with no dryer), which makes laundry tricky. Adding more signs with clear instructions and timetables ...

«No communication regarding my questions prior to checking in which left me with many questions. No A/C with only a small window over a very busy street made for about 2.5 hours of sleep. You get what you pay for here. Which isn’t much. . .»

«Very well located basecamp in the heart of the Cinque Terre region. From there you can hike to all the other villages in 1 day. Basic but good acomodation. Very friendly atmosphere. »
