«Room was nice and secure but a little small for two people but adequate, location is slightly away from the main centre but we don't mind walking so suited us, amenities were good and the vending machines are cheaper then the local shops, overall good value for money.»

«I ordered a trip for my daughter and me, and on the very day of the trip I received a message saying that they could not honour our visit. That resulted in me having to secure a much more expensive hotel room. They also refused to refund the trip, which resulted in the trip being really expensive. They did not give a reason for why they could not honour our trip, I believe it was because my daughter is not yet 18. They do not say anything about this in the rules and restrictions as other hotels ...

If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you. This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up ...
