Setting was beautiful, loved seeing the Amish and Mennonite traveling by horse and buggy. Nestled between farms on three sides was awesome. Would highly recommend! Plan on going back.»

«I suppose I should lead with this is a pretty dated motel, but it's VERY clean. Like, not just OK-clean; it's evident that people are working extremely hard to keep this property as clean and upkept as possible, which isn't easy when a property is older. The care is evident. The hosts were very nice. We had a small problem after we checked in (that turned out to be nothing), and the host was at our door within a minute to check it. The towels were kind of scratchy, and the soap wasn't the best ...

«The motel manager was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him when we arrived at 10:40 pm at night. All he had to do was provide a working key to our room, but it took three attempts before the door would open. The next morning, he threatened that "karma" would get me. The rooms were clean but kind of smelled aged.»

«This was my second time at this cottage and hope to stay again. It rained the whole time! But, with such a cozy place to read and relax, listen to the rain and enjoy the ambiance it was lovely. I walked for a nice dinner at the Hideaway. I walked to Mt Gretna Mercantile for a few treats and always enjoy chatting with the sweet owners. I had an incredible lunch at Porch and Pantry. All without getting in my car. I highly recommend!»
