«From my expectations great. Breakfast decent, scrambled eggs and sausages. Also waffle maker. Right on the interstate, but not to noisy, I slept fine. Lights on the parking working. Nice pizza place close by, not much else.»

«Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. Working as a healthcare professional that is travelling dont deserve this treatment. Very unsatisfied👎👎👎👎👎»

«Our stay was horrible and this was our second bad experience and we will never go back. I have pictures of mold in the microwave and the owner/manager avoided me like the plague because I wanted a partial refund. Breakfast area was clean but they served green bananas. Also, mold in the bathroom. This motel should not be part of the Best Western franchise.»

«Stayed in the same room a couple years ago. since then it had been remodeled. Big improvement. Only thing was the TV was constantly turning on and off every time the refrigerator kicked on and off. Also only half the screen was usable. Had small picture all the time. Personally I think there is an electrical issue between the 2. «Bugs in The room, had to report noise at 130 am, toilet not working. After another day went to get a knife out from drawer and noticed more bugs.Downloaded app to find it was German cockroaches. Called to have them come look and wanted to move us to a different room. BEWARE!! We left that night and got minimum refund.»
