«Terrible experience from start to finish. Hotels.com did not mention any deposit, yet I was later contacted on WhatsApp asking to transfer money, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional. The room was unbearable. «Support was the only good thing, there was no heating , windows weren't properly tight, wind was blowing inside the chalet. Bathroom had a foul smell , blinds were broken... And the list goes on and on... 2 stars instead of 1 star because the support was good, but maintenance team is very bad . »

«Very good staff, service on top. Liked very much that you could wash your clothes in the basement as you please. Cleaning at your room every day, if you want. The neighborhood is noisie, but it didn't effect your sleep. The only negative is that you didn't get to buy soda, wine etc at the reception. Overall a very good stay, I recommend the hotel & would go back. »
