Lisa Marie Apartment is located in Pacengo di Lazise, just 1,200 metres from the beach and the lakeside promenade. Restaurants and shops are approximately 750 metres away, while the centre of Lazise is 5.6 km from the property.



The apartment, measuring approximately 100 m², is located on the first floor of a residential complex featuring a swimming pool (swimming caps are mandatory – opening period guaranteed from 15 May to 30 September) and a tennis court.



The apartment is arranged over two levels.



The lower level features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, as well as a dining table seating 6 people. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a window and a small shower.



A TV (NO SATELLITE TV), air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available for guests.



From the kitchen, guests can access a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals on warm summer days.



The upper level features a bedroom with three single beds and a relaxation area with a Smart TV (satellite channels are not available). There is also a second bathroom equipped with a washing machine and a small shower.



An outdoor parking space is available within the residential complex.



Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.



Regarda Special: wine tasting in a traditional local winery included in the price! (available exclusively during the winery’s seasonal opening periods and on its opening days)



The final price consists of:

•RENTAL FEE: Paid directly to the property owner.

•GUEST SERVICES: Provided by Regarda Travel to the guest, including check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome amenities, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the owner to the booking platform, correspondence and more.



Mandatory tourist tax: To be paid in cash upon arrival.

Mandatory security deposit: €300.00, to be paid by credit card upon arrival.
