«Hotel was at or near capacity and only one elevator worked. Some other elevators worked, but were for “employees only”, even though there were no signs anywhere. Breakfast was severely understaffed, took awhile to get even coffee. I don’t plan on staying at double trees anytime again.»

«I had a rocky start with one of the staff checking me in, he blamed me for calling the wrong number, the one on google maps, to book the room and not the hotel directly because we were told we could have a room they did not have available at the time. We needed room for 3 people. There was also an issue of checking in and out 2 days in a row, because we booked 2 nights. «Our stay was good. Not great, just good. At checkin, I found out I needed to pay $10 for parking!!! The room was clean, but a little dated, but the price was reasonable. The AC made a loud noise all day and night, and was difficult to manage the temperature. Breakfast was just ok, with a very small area for eating. Bed was very comfortable though. Staff was helpful.»

«Overall was a decent stay. Check-in process was mostly the only negative. Took about an hour to check-in. Asked if it is possible to get compensated on the parking to which the service agent had no interest in entertaining. Was disappointed on their intent to provide good customer service. Other than that, the hotel was decent and in a good location. A little bit rough around the edges within the room. Would only stay here if being close to the airport or sports stadium, otherwise not worth it.»

«everything was excellent. The only thing I was surprised about was my room wasn't straightened out while I was there. I know that I only stayed two nights and this is what many hotels are doing now but I was just surprised. Other than that I was very pleased with the breakfast and the cleanliness of the grounds and building. I have stayed there before and the service was always excellent.»

«Expedia had this rated excellent at 8/10 - this place is very outdated and dirty. The hallway carpets are disgusting. One bed - the sheets had stains. Pillows were clumpy and lumpy. The continental breakfast was lacking. Honestly, one of worst experiences I've encountered and I'm so frustrated about the excellent rating as that's why I booked.»
