«Very overpriced for what it is. Extremely basic room, rock hard bed, old dollar store flat pillows, heat absolutely blasts & overheats the room. Ac will only run for 5 seconds every 30 min or so to cool it down if its chilly outside. The door was left open for 30 min with ac on in 40 degree weather & the room was still over 70 degrees. I was forced to sleep without sheets or blankets because it was so warm. Next time i will sleep in my car or drive the 25miles to the next hotel.. not worth it at ...

«The bed was super comfortable. The room had a decent sized fridge with a real freezer, not one of those little freezer compartments. The staff was very friendly. This is an older motel but it's clean and comfortable - definitely the best place to stay in Great Bend for this price point.»

«If we ever end up going to Great bend Kansas again this motel is definitely the one we will be staying at everything was perfect there the staff was really nice and to top it off they give you coupons to eat at Perkins next door for breakfast for free it was about a hundred feet from our room couldn't be happier»

«The shower needs updated. Water stained ceiling tile. Wasn't moldy....just unsightly. The bed and pillows were very good. Room was very clean. Clerk very helpful in resolving an Expedia issue. Very good value for the price.»

«There is no elevator so we had to have a room on the first floor. I understand that the first night was booked but we got a room it was small. I asked the next day to be accommodated to a bigger room which she assured me she wld discuss w the manager and contact me. Never heard from them. Never in our 3 day stay did we get any kind of cleaning. I had to get towels and put our trash out. Do better for 96$ a night.»
