«What a great house! We walked down to the commons for shopping and dinner as well as strolled the hiking path right up the hill from the house. We sat in the front porch with morning coffee and soaked in the hot tub after the Special Olympics Polar Plunge. Appreciated the details (shower had shampoo and conditioner, coffee machine had filters). We even stayed up playing pool. Lots to do both inside and out. Thank you for the stay. It made for a perfect weekend.»

«We needed to book a new place last minute and the house was great for us. We were meeting up with family and enjoyed the hot tub and the spacious dining area for a fun evening. Will definitely come back when we have more time to explore the area. Great location for walking and watching the crew teams practice.»

«Cindy is a really wonderful host and was so helpful. Even before we arrived she contacted me to make sure I could find the property. She even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy a long with many excellent restaurant and winery recommendations. The home itself is very cozy with a beautiful view of the lake. Fireplace is warm. Kitchen is large with all the cookware needed. Walmart is 5 minutes away for any supplies. Watkins Glen hike was made so much better by staying here. Highly recommended.»

«The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. »

«What a treat to stay among the trees. This property had everything - views, comfort, and plenty of room.We all had a fabulous time watching sunsets from the balcony/deck. Hanging around as a family in the main room. Listening to the waterfall and watching birds fly by.It was a wonderful stay, we had everything we needed, if not more.»

«We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.»
