Welcome to Grow House, a unique and iconic desert property brought to you by the visionary owners of the world-famous Invisible House, featuring many of the same stunning designs and finishes. This one-of-a-kind retreat is a perfect blend of minimalist elegance and eclectic artistry, designed for unforgettable stays and visits.
The property's highlight is a custom 100-foot pool and spa with views into the high-desert mountains. Along with the 4-bedroom main house, the property also features the iconic airplane hangar (available at an additional cost), which serves as a striking second living area. With seating for up to 20 people, this expansive space is perfect for intimate gatherings. The hangar's soaring ceilings and unique design also make it the perfect place for creative work, gatherings, or simply relaxing in a one-of-a-kind setting.
The Grow House residence has been reimagined as a modern art compound, with thoughtfully placed art pieces and colorful LED lighting throughout. Each of the 4 bedrooms is outfitted with luxurious Frette linens and towels, and the bathrooms and kitchen feature sleek Boffi appliances. The beautifully curated art, alongside top-of-the-line JBL sound systems, creates a space that feels both otherworldly and intimately connected to its desert surroundings.
Outside, you'll find a serene oasis with the custom pool and spa, complemented by changeable LED lighting that creates a mesmerizing atmosphere as day turns to night. Right next to the pool is a freestanding mirrored sauna structure. Across the pool is a lounge area with a wood burning fire pit / grill as well as sun loungers.
The Grow House's secluded location near the legendary Giant Rock and the Integratron adds to its unique, almost science fiction-like vibe. This property is not only a luxurious getaway but a peaceful sanctuary that invites guests to connect with nature while being surrounded by modern design and art.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.
- PARKING - The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted inside the unit and the guidebook sent prior to check-in. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.
- POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per night. For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

Located just 10 minutes from the Integration Dome, 15 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree, 20 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park, and 30 minutes to Pioneertown, Grow House combines iconic design with a private desert setting in Landers, CA.
