1. Four Seasons Resort Lanai

Lanai City

«Sure, Four Seasons Lana'i is a fabulous place. You really get what you pay for. But we were abit unlucky during our stay. First of all the hotel was a construction site seeing they were doing some work on half of it. That meant is sounded like a construction site as well. Not what you expect when paying that much for tranquility and peace. No one offered us any explanation here either, or info on beforehand or any compensation what so ever. During our last night at the hotel we also got a ...

«5/5 Stars – Awesome Stay! This was our first time to Lanai and we stayed at Lana’i Oasis and Gem, The Artist's House. We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The home was clean, beautifully decorated with Jordanne’s artwork, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Jordanne was an absolutely fantastic host! She was very responsive and answered any questions we had both before and during our stay. She even checked in on us during our trip to make sure we had everything we ...

«Hotellet ligger kjempe fint til med en nydelig Strand. Basseng området er stort og fint for liten og stor. Skuffet over at det ikke er servering ved basseng området på et så dyrt hotell, tror det skal være det bare for få servitører? Må stå i lang kø for å få kjøpt noe ved pool baren. Det var også kun den «restauranten» åpen om kvelden som var mulig å få bord på, med samme meny som til lunsj. De andre var stengt eller booket for en uke framover. Kort avstand til flere andre så det gikk greit. ...

«This Hilton is fine, but it feels old. For several days of our stay, the elevator from our floor would not go down - we had to ride up to go down. Our bathroom sink began leaking and created a flood on the floor. We were only allowed one house cleaning service during the week we stayed. Upon check out, when asked how our stay was, we conveyed that is was just so-so and no effort was made to ask what went wrong, or what they could do for us. We will not be back.»

«The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on ...

«We are a family of 4 and had booked this hotel for 4 nights believing it was actually a hotel. But there is no daily service and the front desk has limited availability and opening hours. So from around 4 pm to 9 am the guests are left to themselves and there is no one to ask if you have questions. Also, the sofabed was terrible, with two cross steel bars that were very noticable through the mattress. Totally unacceptable, but the hotel manager could not help. The room was not cleaned, towels ...

"Serveringen på strandbaren var ikke det beste, surere serverings damer der."
