«They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great.»

«Great location (for one or more nights) en route to/from Serengeti and Ngorogoro, just 30 mins drive from entrance to the latter. In the opposite direction are the Taragine and Lake Manyara National Parks, both about 1.00-1.25 hours’ drive away. Situated in well-maintained and secure grounds, the individual rooms/lodges are generally of a high standard and quiet. Staff were exceptionally attentive. Food was buffet style - ok but no more than average. Live entertainment (local dancers & ...
