«This property is right on the lake with beautiful mountain views on almost every side. We watched a beaver building his dam almost every evening-Like you could hear him chewing with his big teeth. The grocery store, restaurants, and activities are within a 15-30 minute drive. The resort itself is safe and beautiful! Consider a boat rental! If you’re looking for peace and quiet or a fun family vacation, this is a great choice! And yes, we saw a bear in town!»

«With the lake not yet active after the storm I was concerned if the younger adults would be bored or not have a great time. We all had a blast. That game table is a hit! Good for. A few minutes entertainment or several hours depending on what you want to play. Very comfortable beds. Very beautiful place. Easy to use tbs and kitchen ware. Enough technology to impress. «We loved the location of this property, private feeling and with trees all around. The smells and sounds of summer and nature were very relaxing. We loved the outdoor space and the windows which afforded a lovely view no matter where you looked. It was a like a tree house get away. There are stairs to get to the front door and stairs to get down to the 2nd bathroom and beds on the “basement” level. «We had a wonderful stay. Very clean with a cozy cabin retreat feel. We chose this mountain house so we would have a view and to be close the chimneys rock. Nice large deck to enjoy that view. Our host were in quick communication with us for check-in and check-out. Sent us all the information needed for a smooth stay. «Absolutely loved this property! We chose this home at Rumbling Bald to accommodate family for our son’s wedding which was onsite. We had 10 adults, an infant, and a dog. The space was perfect. The bottom level was its own private space which was perfect for the family members with the baby.
