«The house worked great for us as we looked to purchase a home in the area. The pool was nice for cooling off and floating around. It is big enough to get in some laps.We didn't make use of the hot tub, with the higher outdoor temps. The host is very responsive and was actually our house hunting Agent.»

«I never leave reviews but this place is special. It's a perfect getaway, especially if you have teens! Very roomy with lots of personal space for everyone with big beautiful TVs throughout. The game room had something for everyone and the pool/jacuzzi & fire pit with view of the river rounded out what turned out to be a spectacular weekend for my family. Highly recommend!!!»

«Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.»

9.8 av 10, Suverent, (11 anmeldelser)
«Very comfortable and well supplied property. Pretty much everything you need to just move in and spend a few days or longer. I was surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked. One slight negative was that when the sprinklers came on in the evening or if you ran the clothes washer, there was absolutely no water pressure anywhere else in the house. We were all in our mid 70s to 80-year-old range and we all felt that it would be helpful to have clear instructions on the TV cable/streaming/HDMI ...

«We previously stayed at this home in November 2025 and had a great experience, which is why we booked it again. The location is excellent, close to family, and the home itself is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.Unfortunately, this visit was very different. The pool remained cloudy and unusable for our entire 5-day stay, even after it was serviced. We also experienced a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the home that never went away. We communicated our concerns, ...
