«Quirky house, that took some getting used to, i did contact the agent/ owner the day before to say there was an extra adult , so as it was 3 bedrooms, there didnt seem to be any problems ? But only 2 rooms were made available, so the 3rd person decided to sleep on the couch. The slide bolts on the outside of the bedroom doors was unsettling as well. Not sure about the chickens in the front yard? And we were concerned about snakes, i did need to give the birds water on a couple of occasions, and ...

«Overall an amazing 4 day stay. The property had great cleanliness and insulation. The high roofs gave it a great spacious vibe. One slight problem was the wifi, as it had slight disruptions, although this could be swiftly managed. Nice and quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay here when I'm in Canberra again.»

«We needed a larger property in Canberra at short notice to accommodate family members coming together from around the country and overseas. «This house is in a good location & has the potential to be an 'executive' holiday letting but it is nowhere near that standard. For this reason, it is a misleading description and photographs and outrageously overpriced. The garden & lawns were overgrown. The keys were loose. «Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.»
