«Property was easy to find and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Spacious and comfortable. Advertises 3 bathrooms but is in fact 2 bathrooms with separate toilet. We were unable to get the TV's working with free 2 air channels Photos advertised a twin room but no the case - 5 x doubles»

«Location was excellent. Very quiet, plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Bedrooms were a good size. Great amount of crockery and cutlery for our family of nine. Prompt responses from our host.Weather was mild so heating was adequate, no central heating for colder weather. No a/c. Backyard was overgrown so we didn't go outside. Ensuite looked tired and there was architrave missing over door.Breakfast provisions were some cereal, tea, coffee. No milk, juice, bread, etc.»

«This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. The owner refused to take responsibility for it and refused to refund us, making every excuse under the sun why he could not. The entire property was old, every surface covered in dust, dirt and ...

«Overall first impression appearance is good, house appears neat and tidy. However does not match photos Positives- Lovely quiet area; Beds very comfortable & bedrooms all very spacious. Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. «The house and property were absolutely beautiful—very clean and perfect for a family stay. The only minor feedback would be that the kitchen could use a few more oven trays and dishes. We were also woken at 7am by the gardener who turned on the sprinklers and then began mowing the lawn. While we completely understand the need for property maintenance, it would have been appreciated if we had been notified in advance.»
