It's a great gathering place for friends and family, kids included. The central location in town makes it ideal for enjoying Lake City and convenient to the beautiful lake. We were glad to discover this unspoiled region of Colorado and would love to return. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.»

«We stayed here for 5 days while in town doing the Alpine Loop. The owner was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. He even put HEPA filters in the bedrooms for better air quality while the wildfires were going on. Some of the cooking utensils, pots, and pans were a bit aged, but overall the house was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and loved the view! This house is highly recommended if you have a large group, need plenty of parking, and room to spread out comfortably!»
