«Helt nydelig hotell og topp service »

«The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on ...

«What an amazing place to stay. The view and accommodations were perfect. Parking was convenient and we were a short walking distance to the beach, pool, and wonderful restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.»

«Very nice hotel in the walking distance to other hotels. Beach was with rocks so we had to use its other end by walking 2-3 min towards Sheraton.»

«Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.»

«Loved it !!!! beautiful views, quiet and clean . Great for a family vacation . We stayed in a three bedroom .»

«Place was very clean, extremely happy.»

«Pros: The unit! Cable TV like CNBC & Bloomberg, ice machine, pool noodles/snorkel gear, cantenes for day trips, high end kitchen applances and supplies, good mattress. Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation.»

«This Hilton is fine, but it feels old. For several days of our stay, the elevator from our floor would not go down - we had to ride up to go down. Our bathroom sink began leaking and created a flood on the floor. We were only allowed one house cleaning service during the week we stayed. Upon check out, when asked how our stay was, we conveyed that is was just so-so and no effort was made to ask what went wrong, or what they could do for us. We will not be back.»
