The property was beautiful. The pools were really nice. The room was very nice with washer and dryer in the room as well as a beautiful view of the mountains, however if our windows were open, we could hear the leaf blower every morning at 6 AM for about an hour which we’re not used to getting up that early. The staff really didn’t have the same information as the others because we kept getting a totally different story about the EV charger, which was why we chose that particular property we decided that we would pay more to get free charging at our hotel so we got a Tesla to rent. The manager Jordan was incredibly rude and stubborn. They charge $35 parking fee but they don’t charge for Wi-Fi but it’s equivalent to any other resort where they either charge resort fees are $35 or they charge parking for 35. It’s all the same.
The general manager did call us to apologize for the inconvenience and the poor communication. However, it was too late, and we have been loyal to this brand which we are now questioning.
