So from around 4 pm to 9 am the guests are left to themselves and there is no one to ask if you have questions. Also, the sofabed was terrible, with two cross steel bars that were very noticable through the mattress. Totally unacceptable, but the hotel manager could not help. The room was not cleaned, towels ...

«The resort and staff were top notch! All the amenities were great. The only downside was the pay for parking that I was unaware of until the day we checked in.»
