«We arrived at the resort after a long travel day and were greeted warmly at the check-in desk. The welcome necklace was a hit with my daughter. After getting our room keys and opening the door to our home for the next 6 days, we were amazed. The room was everything as advertised and the view was stunning. We immediately went to the lanai and marveled at the amazing sight laid before us. The sunset from here was exquisite. Jackpot! Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable and the fully ...

«The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay.
We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on ...
