«Fantastic property and stay. The units appear to be recently updated and in great condition. The ocean view was great - mostly unobstructed unless you count a few palm trees. The pool bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen at a resort - very much appreciated this attention! Aside from a negative interaction with the hotel manager who was not friendly or very helpful after our vehicle's windshield was shattered by a golf ball in the valet lot, the rest of the staff was wonderful. «Went for our honeymoon and the Whaler didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and set up pretty well. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Very centralized to snorkeling, pool, or the ocean. A bunch of good food in walking distance and even some others for a short drive. Was able to whale watch from the room and a short walk to black rock we seen dolphins. ...

«Hotellet ligger kjempe fint til med en nydelig Strand. Basseng området er stort og fint for liten og stor. Skuffet over at det ikke er servering ved basseng området på et så dyrt hotell, tror det skal være det bare for få servitører? Må stå i lang kø for å få kjøpt noe ved pool baren. Det var også kun den «restauranten» åpen om kvelden som var mulig å få bord på, med samme meny som til lunsj. De andre var stengt eller booket for en uke framover. Kort avstand til flere andre så det gikk greit. ...

«Check in was not great. Our room was not ready which is understandable but when it was ready, they sent us to the wrong tower... clear across the entire property. Our view, supposed to be Garden View, we saw a parked cars looking at their grill and headlights. I would not stay there again.»

«Stort og usjarmerende hotell, flott beliggenhet, rett ved stranden og med høy standard og fint parkanlegg. Ligger i område med hoteller på rekke og rad, langt hvis man skal se noe annet, men hotellet har gratis shuttlebuss hver time til nærmeste by. Alt man trenger finnes i hotellområdet, men relativt dyrt og kjedelig. Flere basseng, mange tilbud for barn, noe som høres godt. Svært varierende servicenivå, spesielt i resepsjonen, vi opplevde uvennlig og dårlig service, men også noen veldig ...

«Very nice hotel in the walking distance to other hotels. Beach was with rocks so we had to use its other end by walking 2-3 min towards Sheraton.»
