Our spacious house, located in the tranquil rural area of Lagoa, offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday.



Designed for your comfort, the house includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and a private garden where you can enjoy a glass of Port wine while soaking up the sun.



You'll also have access to a private pool and a hot tub on one of the balconies, ideal for stargazing on summer nights with a glass of wine.



This is the perfect spot for large groups to unwind and make the most of their stay.



The use of the jacuzzi is paid (extra cost) and it is necessary to notify us if you wish to use it in order to turn it on.

To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:



Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.



Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.



- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.



- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.



- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.



- The tourist tax in Lagoa is €2 per night, per person, for stays in hotels and local accommodations, with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.



Note. Guests who reserve the apartment must take into account the maintenance of the house in the external area:



Garden maintenance is carried out once a week (usually on Thursday) in the morning.



Pool maintenance is carried out once a week.
