«My husband, 19 year old son and I stayed here for a week. It was truly perfect. The property was so clean! It was a great amount of space. The outdoor deck was pretty to look over the course. The pool was gorgeous. The entire area was very well manicured and lots of pretty plantings. I did consider other locations within PD but so glad that we picked here. The others did not compare to this area. It was close to the beach, a great walk to the marina and the general store. We did a lot of fun ...

«We were very pleased with the Villa. It was extremely clean. The linens and towels were of high quality. The Ocean view was awesome. Tracey and Steve take pride in this property. Although the kitchen area is small, it was perfect for two people. Parking was great either inside or in the lot. Having a gated property is also a bonus. I would recommend this Villa.»

«This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt. ...

«The unit was nicely updated. The bikes were at the unit when we arrived. The beach wagon and chairs came in very handy. Had an issue with the ice machine. Outstanding response by the property mgt group- It was addressed the same day. I would stay here again.»

«The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!»
