«The room I had was clean and adequately furnished but the AC unit below the window was so loud at even the lowest fan setting that I had trouble falling and staying asleep. The selections in the breakfast room were minimal and the scrambled eggs I had on the first day were rubbery and tasteless. The coffee was also bland and tasteless. «The noises were one of the few complaints. The noise that the wall-ac unit had, was sporadic and quiet loud and disruptive. Central air is a major investment, but the wall unit is a real downer at night in sleeping hours. Does the pool open too early? We had a family of screaming kids outside our window at 7-8 am. Really? «This is a great value stay on Island. I particularly enjoy the fridge/freezer so I can refreeze the ice packs for my cooler. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very clean and spacious. I've stayed several times with no complaints.»

«Everything about Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa Hilton Head Island was fabulous. «We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given ...
