The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. «Great location! One block from Malecon. Penthouse unit was very clean, and had a beautiful patio deck looking to Malecon and ocean. Kitchen was very well equipped. A few items that keep this review from Five stars - the jacuzzi was not working- we called maintenance (quick response), but were told it had not been working for a while.
