«The property has some maintenance problems, the drain has sewer odors. The main room shower has problem to drainage the water. The parking was occupied for an old and dusty vehicle, even I informed to the owner it never was removed from the property, so we can not use the parking space.»

I assume, or suggest, that you have a rental car while visiting La Paz, at least if you want to tour the exquisite beaches. «Clean room, plenty of outlets, ac runs cold. Nice open outside common area/kitchen. Only recommendation would be to have more than 1 pillow on the bed when reservation is for 2 people. Had to use clothes for pillow. Overall highly recommend. »
