La Casita del Barranco

La Casita del Barranco is located in El Rincón, next to the Barranco de La Arena, in the Valle de la Orotava, in the North of the island of Tenerife.

It has been carefully restored to maintain the traditional Canarian architecture of this area of the island.

The dwelling has its own parking for one car and has capacity for five people. It consists of two bedrooms with two single beds that can be put together, a bathroom equipped with a shower, a living room-kitchen and a covered solana.

In each room there are two beds 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. In addition, one of the rooms has an extra bed 80 cm wide and 190 cm long.

It has a complete home kitchenware, appliances (television, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, mixer, toaster, electric kitchen iron, electric kettle, electric juicer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron) towels and bedding, furniture typical of the interior of a home and garden furniture. It also has two electric stoves. For babies, it has a high chair, playpen, bathtub and children's potty.

It has a satellite antenna and WIFI installed.

We use biodegradable cleaning products and low-consumption light bulbs. Because we respect nature, the house has a wastewater treatment plant and a solar panel to enjoy hot water.

From the living room and from one of the bedrooms, you can admire wonderful sunsets on the horizon, over the sea and from the other bedroom, you can enjoy the splendid view of El Teide crowning the Valle de la Orotava.

The impressive views of the sea and El Teide can be enjoyed in all their grandeur outside the house.

Thanks to its excellent location and natural environment, La Casita del Barranco is the ideal starting point for practicing activities in nature, such as hiking, beach, golf, among others.

It is a few minutes by car from Puerto la Cruz and La Orotava. Very close also to the famous Playa de El Bollullo.
