«The house was run down, in need of repairs and deep cleaning! The listing photos were not accurate. I have photos but it wouldn’t load. They show dirt around door knobs and air vents. Lack of silverware for group size listed. Yellow stains around toilet base. Dirty drawers in kitchen and worn cabinets, holes in couch apholstery. »

«Response was timely, but there were a lot of little things that you wouldn't expect to find broken, missing or not working as part of a rental. The heat was set to 86 upstairs, a picture was very crooked, the fridge was flashing lost power. It has continued to beep every couple of minutes during our stay.
