«Out of all my bookings experiences through Expedia this stay was not up to my standards. The check in time was 2pm when I showed up with my family the attendants of this house informed me that we could not check in yet because they had to clean after the previous family who rented the house. I thought I would be able to chill in a cool temperature pool but the pool's water was soo hot. Perhaps a pool covering or a temperature pool would help with the country hot temperature. «This spot is in the middle of a very steep incline that requires a 4x4 but the owner doesn’t tell you until after your check in time. It’s around nothing and doesn’t feel safe. Owner is very dishonest. We had to fight Vrbo to get PARTIAL money back. Sells a great view but it’s hard to get to and not the area you may think. The area makes you think you may get shot. And I am El Salvadorian. »

«The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. «Lo único que hizo cómoda nuestra estadía fue Xiomara la encargada de la propiedad (vive en la guardiania). Pero las fotos no enseñan lo fea y vieja que está la casa. Queda pegada al lado de otra casa que están casi conectadas. Reservaron esa casa a parte y pusieron la música a todo volumen, entonces la última noche no dormimos nada. No la recomiendo si están acostumbrados a una casa bonita en airbnb o vrbo. Aunque está a la orilla de la playa, el mar es muy bravo, así que no se pueden meter.»
