Enjoy the convenience of amenities, such as Wi-Fi and and 3 Smart TV's, making it easy to stay connected and entertained during your stay.



The open-concept living area flows seamlessly onto the inviting outdoor patio, where you can savor alfresco dining with the provided BBQ and outdoor furniture. This tranquil space is perfect for enjoying La Jolla's coastal climate and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is rustic without a dishwasher and the fireplace is decorative. Private Laundry outside in the back. This unit is an amazing peaceful and private unit, however it's located on La Jolla Blvd so there's moderate traffic for the noise sensitive(smaller bedroom louder than master room which is on the back of the building).



Guest Access:

This is a private space, with an outdoor area. The outdoor space is south facing and a great place to relax on a warm & sunny La Jolla afternoon.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Marine Street Beach area with on street park on Genter street.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:

1. No parties or events are allowed.

2. Excessive noise at any time of day is not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially between 9 PM and 9 AM.

3. Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy specified or preapproved by management.

4. No smoking inside units.
