«House was spacious and in a pretty and quiet neighborhood located close to La Jolla Cove. It suited our needs for 6 perfectly. Host added an air mattress for us and there was plenty of room for it. Directions for check in and jacuzzi use were very clear. Also there was shampoo, conditioner and body soap in each bathroom which I thought was super.»

«The house was comfortable, well stocked, plenty of room for a multi-generational family of 6 in town for a wedding. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. The outdoor space is amazing and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee with the canyon view. Great to have beach chairs and an umbrella available too.»

«We had a group ranging in age from 4-75 and everyone had a great time. The house is in an ideal location, just a few houses to Mission Beach and across the street from the Bay. The kitchen is well stocked with necessities, the front patio was a fun hang out spot, room in the garage and driveway for parking, and beach equipment. The house and amenities were well thought out for a large group and had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this property!»

«This property was not clean. The showers still had black mold and hair on the step in. The main bathroom was missing light bulbs and the master bedroom had no fan. The house was hot. The listing showed items not even in the house. I felt like we rented a halfway house. Could these issues be resolved for the next renter? Perhaps, but I would be skeptical because we received no solution when it was reported when we first walk in. No need to keep going....»

«We loved being within walking distance of historic Old Town. The safe parking gave us total peace of mind, and having so many restaurants right around the corner was so convenient. Great place for a family of 5!»
