«This is a great space. The home dates back to 1889, on a street with homes that date back that far or further. The decor is hippie/chic, it’s welcoming, warm, friendly. The location is awesome, historic downtown Wilmington is yours for the taking. I would highly recommend it and I would stay here again if I can.»

«Cozy vintage beach cottage. Easy access to beach, quiet. Perfect for offseason getaway for a few days. People have been coming back to these cottages for decades for good reason. We loved the kitchen with full size appliances and lots of space. Pack your groceries and cook all your meals here, the cottage was perfect for a family of 4. Comfortable beds in two bedrooms. Nice living room/dining room. We spent four nights and were not disappointed. »

«The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although ...
