«This was the best place for our long weekend in Bald Head! The space was perfect and had everything you could need. The owner provided a few bottles of water, coffee with cream and sugar packets, and even basic cooking spices. It is within walking distance to a few restaurants and a coffee shop if you and close to the ferry landing so we were the first drop off the tram! We will definitely be back. :)»

«The property was quaint and the perfect size for myself, my husband, our daughter, and a small dog. There were a few things left behind from the previous renter, which is why I could not give 5 stars for cleanliness. The porch was my favorite part of the house. Morning coffee while staring at the ocean was great. The area in front of the house is a great spot for shelling. I found 4 sea biscuits on one of my morning walks. We had a wonderful time and would rent again if given the opportunity.»

«Carova Beach is magical - as if time stood still. In my opinion, this is one of the loveliest houses out there. It is SPOTLESSLY clean, it has everything you need and the old world style of the home is the icing on the cake. Couldn’t be any more relaxing. The beach is BEAUTIFUL and a two minute walk from the house. Be prepared! There is NOTHING in Carova Beach. Bring water and food unless you plan on going back and forth to the pavement which isn’t exactly easy. MIND THE TIDES when getting on ...

«Absolutely perfect place for a restful getaway. Don’t worry about having to get there by the beach…but when they say “air down” your tires….air down your tires! If you do that you will be fine. The cottage and hosts were absolutely perfect. We seriously cannot say enough good things about both.»

«We used to stay here often but Wyndham took over and it’s definitely run down. The bathroom has a brown substance on the shower curtain and mold in the shower. Other than that it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Only other issue we had was we showed up along with another family to check in and no one was there. We called the number they told the other family “ I’m busy you have to just wait 20 minutes “ by the time they showed up 3 parties including us were backed up to check in. Definitely ...

«The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although ...
