We were very pleased with the stay at Hilton Niseko. The staff was great! We used the SPA, the Onsen, all the restaurant's and bars in the hotel. room is nice but there were few dead bugs on the floor when we checked in the hotel. The phone wasn't working so I have to go to the counter to ask for support. After the support came the phone still not working so we have to use our cellular phone to call hotel for all the hotels related questions ...
